The New Party Hat Is red,yellow,and green!You can find it in the coffee shop!How to get New party hat:
1st Go Into the Coffee Shop
2nd Click the big present it will open
3rd click on it again to walk over to it
4th Now click yes
and now you got the party hat!

On The Shelf It shows the past Party Hats!Check It Out:

 And this is cool,when you throw a snowball it will turn into a weird color,like Blue,Red,Green,or Yellow!See:
